Not as far as I understand the ticket rules:

REROUTING PRIOR TO DEPARTURE
CHANGES TO TICKETED POINTS ARE PERMITTED AT A CHARGE OF USD125.00 PER TRANSACTION.
If you make the rebooking in a "transaction" (call), shouldn‘t it actually remain at 125USD? I also asked about this in another thread and received corresponding answers: See here and the post after this one
