The reservation you made online is good till 15 min. before the departure. I am afraid that you have to go to the station again for to get the limited express surcharge (with seat assignment) of the ticket. The limited express surcharge ticket is " tokkyuken" or "特急券" in Japanese.
Ok we are planning to be there about 30 mins prior so I’ll head back to the desk again. Thanks for all the help everyone.
