The picture of the ticket is the ticket for the base fare only, and not for limited express surcharge. The mistake must have happened when you went to purchase the ticket in person for the reservation made online.

The reservation you made online is good till 15 min. before the departure. I am afraid that you have to go to the station again for to get the limited express surcharge (with seat assignment) of the ticket. The limited express surcharge ticket is " tokkyuken" or "特急券" in Japanese.
