In the past this benefit didn't use to apply to LX flights. I guess it has changed recently, looking at the screenshot you posted.
Update: It still does not apply to LX flights. Nothing changed.

Swiss explains:
That segment is basically saying that even though you are a senator member, you will not be entitled to a free checked-in bag if you purchase a light fare ticket.
