Sorry. I misunderstand. You are telling me I should tell the CAA they are wrong about this issue, and that such electronic devices don't affect anything on aircraft? Basically, I should tell them that their regulations are wrong, and they shouldn't ban use of these devices?

Which I indeed agree with. In their defence, it is an outdated regulation. At the time it was brought in, it was a sensible safety measure to take against unknown circumstances. And now proven to be unnecessary. As you can see, FCC and FAA are already reconsidering the issue. Time to update.
