Has anyone bene able to successfully submit a claim online the past few days? I've completed the online form following a LHR-BRU flight cancellation on Tuesday but when I reach the end and hit submit, it just gets stuck on "submitting your case" and never goes through (I assume 15 mins is long enough to wait!)
Tried different browsers / devices / days and being logged in and out of my account but makes no difference.
Here's me thinking this would be easy!
Figured it out. It didn't like the name of one of the attachments. Seems the upload doesn't happen until the end and then you never get any error, the form just doesn't submit. I did the form without any attachments and it went through ok, then went to add the attachments later and that form gave the error.
