Another bad experience with Chase travel. I had to cancel a DL trip and got a credit. I found a great fare on Chase website to use the credit but this fare would not show when i chose to pay using a credit. Same psgrs as original tkts.
I called to speak with an agent. First he said the credit cannot be used for a new routing. I told him that was untrue; DL credit can be used for any new DL tkt. Then he told me the credit can only be used for same fare class. Again I told him it was untrue. I finally got the new tickets at an amazing price only after an hour on the phone and many consultations with supervisors. The Chase live agents are poorly trained and their answers cannot be trusted. (Second time in a few weeks this has happened. See my recent post in this thread.)
