Cannot Log into APP or website

A few weeks ago, I tried to log into my Avis app on my phone, and it took me to a site to reset my password. I got an error message, and now I cannot log into the app or the website anymore. I called customer service, and they just kept doing a password reset, which doesn't work. Is there a number I can call that will actually try something else?
