Adding to my SAF purchasing woes:

I followed irishguy28's advice and went to purchase SAF for my upcoming flight.

I went through purchase process but got a payment error during the process via the app.

Went to the website instead to purchase it and completed the transaction. I can see the 1x SAF extra added to my booking.

Checked my credit card statement and there were two transactions billed for SAF.

Contacted FlyingBlue again and they can only see one of the payments in their system. The advisor informed that the other payment will be dropped from the credit card account after some days.

So definitely some gremlins around.

Another question: Is it possible to still buy multiples of SAF for the same booking? Looking at some old posts it looks like this was possible but once I purchased SAF the option is gone from my booking. I haven't taken the outbound flights yet so I wonder if this will show up again in the future.
