I am just curious how this is handled. Let's say someone books PVG-MUC-ATH and before they leave MUC-ATH is cancelled. Is LH allowed to say tough luck, ship you to MUC and then say next available option MUC to ATH is 1 week later even if PVG-ATH is available ?

Coming back to the thread topic if they know MUC BOS is overbooked and someone is flying FRA MUac BOS why in the world would they not swap them to FRA BOS
