What could BA do though? Send me a bill for any damage ? Deny me from the CCR lounge next time I buy a F ticket? I guess they could revoke any FF status if it was found you were selling access, but if a guest ruined the lounge thats between them and BA.
what could BA do? It would probably need to be quite extreme behaviour , but at the bottom end of the sale, remove your BAEC account, at the top end of the scale they could put you on their no fly list

Not quite the same, but I stopped buying flights tickets for a group to fly with me to attend football games as one member of the party who had perhaps partied a little to hard was threatening another passenger on one flight. I was concerned what the consequences for me would be if that behaviour continued and they person was always on my bookings
