Hi there! I flown an MH J flight (Fare Class Z) from KUL to MEL recently on 15 Feb, but because it was my first flight as an OWE, I was beyond excited and forgot to switch the FFP printed on the boarding pass to my BA one to earn Avios and Tier Points off it.

After the flight, MH App shows the flight credited 0 miles and 0 status points from it.

I tried doing a retroactive claim on BA on 22 Feb but had entered the wrong flight number (MH149 instead of MH129) and now it's taken longer than usual for retroactive claim to process. (I know it says up to 8 weeks but usually it happens in a few days for me)

Also tried to email [email protected] with supporting docs like boarding passes and eticket numbers but haven't got a reply. Any way I can get them to act on it before my tier point collection ends on 8 April 2024? (Will calling help?)
