There are multiple reports of BA's website not working well at the moment, particularly in respect of over-capacity, too many users. The usual problem in this area relates to being signed in, so the advice there is to complete the submission when not signed in at all (perhaps via Incognito etc) and then to either amend the submission later on, or to just put your BAEC details into the text field.
