Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
I booked the base-level room via an award redemption and was upgraded to the 1 King 1 Bedroom Suite.

How are the rooms?
The 1 King 1 Bedroom Suite is 66 - 68 sqmt and has a mini bar, a large sofa, a work desk, two toilets, two sinks, a shower, and a bathtub. It is such a large and nice room.

How is the exec. lounge?
I arrived at 8 am from the airport and the front desk was gracious enough to let me wait in the exec. lounge while they ready my room. The exec lounge is on the top floor (22F) with floor-to-ceiling windows and a wraparound balcony that has outdoor seating; the lounge also has a fridge with bottled drinks and tea/coffee available. I am unsure what the food option is like as my reservation does not have access to the lounge.
