Yesterday only a cold chicken wrap and cold pasta salad were served...from what I've seen of them I would have rather had the option to buy a meal from in flight cafe. I saw at least one person not even touch the meal and just send it back. The FA (one of the regulars) made a sarcastic (in a funny/empathetic way) "delicious isn't it?" comment. Maybe this is just due to the fact that it was a holiday (MLK day), but if this is the permanent meal situation this is a bit sad.

A week and a half earlier I had gone DCA-CLT-STX (Saturday flight) and the meal service was normal with excellent service from our FA Nancy. She was so nice, even giving us choices of red wines somehow (must've been a few leftover from a previous flight). I had to send in one of those comment cards with a raving review for her service.

Anyone know if they are still serving decent meals in Envoy for the CLT-LGW transatlantic flights? I'm flying that route next month and I'm curious.

IMHO, SJU with the A330 were never Envoy service level flights, always domestic first class service level and sold as such: the premium cabin fares are F and P. Sounds like you had a downsized meal, but your Envoy CLT-LGW trip will have Envoy service with the full scale meal.
