My friend has used it once or twice. There were no problems, but I wouldn't say that the price was extremely cheap. You should get some reduction when using it often. If I remember correctly, they will bill your credit card almost right away.

I've been using Hotel Club in order to get a listing of available hotels and then done some research of my own. Sometimes I've found cheaper deals directly through the hotel (f.ex. last March I had the Holiday Inn in Darwin directly through holiday-inn.com a little cheaper than at hotelclub.net and breakfast was included in holiday-inn.com's price).
