Staff at this property speaks limited English but during my stay I've seen non-Asian looking guests staying. I think you'll be fine as long as you have a translator app handy. Just don't expect the typical Hyatt level of polished professionalism but all the staff I interacted with are extremely helpful and warm. This location is excellent for both business and tourism.

I loved Regency and they have English, Korean and German speaking staff. They definitely have more of an international vibe given that GM is German, Director of Rooms is Canadian and Director of Sales is Singaporean. However, the location is much to be desired for tourism.

Grand is meh, very business-like and its overall service/Grand Club offering is weaker than Regency's. Their gym, pastry store and Peking duck restaurant, however, are all superb.
