Zurich has a fantastic public transportation system (actually entire Switzerland)! You'll be fine staying at Sheraton. Take the trams (#4 I think) and you'll be in Old Town in 15 minutes. Trams run very frequently.
You'll be able to cover almost all the top sights in 48 hours. You can buy day-passes/24-hour passes for transport only or buy a Zurich Card for admission intro museums and unlimited transport.

Cool thanks so much.... I actually cant wait, I am very excited for Zurich. Been 7 or 8 x to Europe but never to Switzerland so very pumped. Zurich looks so nice and just seems like it has a vibe, feel & style that I will love.
