Received a (form) email two days later... saying "currently experiencing high demand..." and that GE is taking on average 13-14 months. It went on to say that those were average and there is nothing to do about it taking longer, and to keep checking online for the current status.. If I still needed help with something else I could respond.

As such, I did not reply and a follow-up email came in saying "matter is now closed."

So, 17 months / 516 days, and counting. Fab.
