This is a return fare in Business SOF to SIN via IST on TK - which however for some reason is routed on the way back via MEL - EUR 2,214 is the lowest I could find, available 3x week in March and April.
Thank you so much for posting this - I was looking for a way to get my family from Europe to Australia in business and this did the trick perfectly. We booked SOF-IST (2 week stop) - MEL (3.5 week stop) - SIN (1 week stop) -IST-CPH for around $8,400 for three people. It was available for as low as $2,600 per person but the availability was very slim and I could never find anything for three people on the same flight.
I put this on a three-day hold Sunday and just booked it today while I thought it over. Last night I had a vivid nightmare that Turkish Airlines established a para-military police force that wandered IST airport looking to collect extra fare from passengers who had booked this. In my nightmare one of the police had a "WANTED" poster with the faces of my family on it. So bizarre.. too much time on Flyertalk!!
In any event, I rarely fly Star Alliance so curious where I should credit this.. Avianca seems like a good bet at 200% RDMs (per the wheretocredit website). Am I missing anything?
