I booked an award ticket on US and the last leg is on Swiss Air. The SA website all along has said I wouldn't be able to select seats until check in. So, I waited for checkin. I still can't see my seats on the Swiss Air site, but the United site gave me my boarding passes, so I can see them. We got a window/middle and I wanted aisle/middle, so I called them. They said now that I am within 72 hours of my flight, they can't help me, which I feel like makes no sense since the web site said I couldn't do anything until check in? When I asked how that can be, he directed me to a feedback form on the website, which was pretty rude, honestly. I was completely polite and just inquiring about how I can manage this. So, perhaps I am stuck, but wondering if anyone has any tips for me. Thanks!
