I got a denial today, because they are claiming that the delay was less than 3 hours!! actually it was delayed by 3.5 hours, what should I do now?
Reply to the denial with the actual facts and suggest that if they do not favorably resolve your claim then you will file an APPR claim. If they deny again then file the claim, that's all you can do.
