Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
Yes, very much.

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
I had two stays at this property.

I booked cheapest rate and received a Queen Premium Sofia Balcony.

And I booked a King Premium Balcony and received the same.

How are the rooms?
There is not much difference between the Queen and King Balcony room, except for the size of balcony and obviously the size of the bed.

Respectively 27 and 25sqm (but King premium has a much larger balcony).

Pleasant design.
Seating area.
Desk

Very comfortable bed.
Power sockets next to the bed.

Television with basic foreign television channels but Chromecast is offered.

Biology toiletries.
Bathrobes

Kettle and Nespresso machine.
Free minibar

View over the city
Very quiet (despite facing a street with tramway)

How is the exec. lounge?
N/A

What was good and what was bad?
GOOD
Very smiling and attentive staff.
Pleasant interior design
Good breakfast (love the vegetable juicer to get fresh carrot juice).
Excellent restaurant
Very pleasant terrace garden
Central and very convenient location (15 minutes walk to Duomo, 20 minutes from airport by tramway)

BAD
Nothing

Value for $ or IHG One Rewards Points? Would you return?
Yes, very happy with the hotel.
