AFAIK, in US/UK/Canada, you can only combine Biz/Personal for a maximum of 40 nights, if you have the luxury card which give you 25, or 30 for all other combinations.
Personal + Personal, Business + Business is not stackable unless it's from UAE/Japan/India(?) and maybe other countries.
