I think it is actually the second floor. It should be on the right side if you are coming in from the BTS. Always full but then you can show them the design you want and you bring your own t shirt and they will print it in about 2 hours maximum. You can even get you logo or whatever you want on a cap too. I have done a few there.

My old shop was close to the Hilton DT on Sukhumvit but they are closed for good. Also they had all the t shirts and polo shirts right the to pick.
You are saying that I have to go first and look for t shirts in the stores then bring them to the shop? If that's the case I assume there is plenty of stores on the floor which sells 'blank' t shirts?
And what I should be looking for to find the store? Is it t shirt store?
