Is it just me or has the help gone? im sure they want all AI and no people to talk too. I heard Carterra had layoffs (I bet it was all customer service)

I used to submit a rare issue and they would resolve it. Pretty good overall until 2024 for me. I rarely ever had issues and when I did they would correct.

NOW they just didn’t even respond. 2 inquiries where the transactions show but never posted. Crickets.

The other I emailed them 14 days after purchase that didn’t track at all: They immediately responded like minutes later saying to wait 15 days and resubmit lol. Would be 15 days in a few hours! I guess they Wanted to help their internal tracking numbers by marking resolved and making me re-email in a few hours LOL. seems like selective working on these now is just fine for metrics. My re email to the same inquiry they were so fast to respond , crickets. Just went from pretty good to no support for me. I am not some huge purchaser sending inquiries constantly or anything . Have others seen the the support basically disappear
