Domestic routes marketing PremPlus (long-haul Hawaii and Prem. Transcon) show Business instead of First. United has decided the transcon Business pax get UC access, but not long-haul Hawaii. Just a discretionary decision by UA based on the routes. United does not market Polaris to/from Hawaii, but aircraft serving the routes may have Polaris seats.
