I am flying into Taipei in a few weeks on Starlux from San Francisco. I will be transiting on a separate ticket from TPE to HKG three hours later on Cathay. I will not have checked luggage (only a carry on). Is there a Cathay transit desk in Taipei so I can get a boarding pass for the TPE to HKG flight in case I cannot get a boarding pass during online check in with the app? I am hoping there is a transit desk if needed so I do not have to go thru immigration only to check in at the ticket counter. I arrive @ 5:00 am and leave @ 8:00.

With all my trips to Asia over the years I have never flown into TPE so I am clueless about this airport. I hope to get some insight from Flyer Talk Members soon! Thanks!
