My last redemption cancellation was in August last year and only €23 (so $25) was deducted per passenger. The remainder of the fees and charges were refunded (plus the Avios).
I'm trying to book business (with avios) as well and worried about the cancellation/change fees. When I hovered over the seat it lists 3 things, one being "non-refundable" if plans change. Do you think that is referring to the $25 fee? Surely I wouldn't lose the 95K avios.
