Same situation. Called Etihad to change my FF credit for an April flight after FB became available. (I was unable to change it myself on the app). Right now if I look under “manage my booking” it DOES show Air France #####, but if I click to edit passenger info it says “loyalty program” and my FB number. I’m guessing it will be ok, but I’m prepared to have to call.
