Wine - but is there not language that only allows you to apply for the same card once?
not exactly what OP is asking - but if you get a UA Business card - then cancel - you might not be able to get it again in the future?
(or at least they might give you another one - but you would not be eligible for a bonus)
... is this a UA or a chase rule?
