You can ignore it - AA awards definitely get access.

Since you ticketed on AA, double check on the app that it shows the correct checked baggage allowance. AA has a glitch where it doesn't write in the baggage allowance on the ticket, which caused problems for me in the past. If it's missing, you need to call AA to ask them to amend the ticket to show the baggage allowance.
