A packaged, ultra-processed brownie from a pathetic PP lounge would beat the sorry-excuse-for-a-sweet-item that was offered for afternoon tea.
Perhaps the kachumber salad was liquefied; culinary innovation above the clouds.
Shrimp and grits are a quintessentially Southern affair. I sampled the best rendition in Charleston, SC. Not an uncommon inflight menu option for this route. However, I wouldn't entrust flawless execution of that dish to this particular catering team.
Pasta naysayers: tough luck for vegans/vegetarians in the sky.
