The rep told me "It is possible to catch the connection flight within 1 hour layover but I am not able to give the guarantee of this since it depends on airport processes. Even the seat that you will sit can affect the situation, dear passenger."

May I know if there is a fast track or what I should do to try to get the second flight? The second flight is back to JFK.

Update: after delayed for 5 hours finally they cancelled the flight due to technical issue. That is a no complaint since everyone cares about the safety issue. However, they arranged another airplane, 36 hours later than the original one....
