Thanks for reporting back, the F arrival service was only started in January if it is already missing that is pathetic….. that is the benefit of going to FCT you can forget about your onward flight & leave it to your PA.

My flight from SIN arrived at a remote stand today. The 8 F Pax were accommodated in 2 or 3 vans. 3 of us with onward connections were driven to the B terminal. The driver approached a very helpful member of staff who asked whether we wanted to go to FCL B or to the FCT. My wife and I elected for the FCL and the other person decided to go to the FCT. He was happy to make his own way over and the staff member escorted us to the FCL.
A lovely quiet lounge with helpful staff and as our departing flight was from a remote stand we were driven to the plane in a Porsche by a very chatty driver.
15 minutes after we got to the lounge a rather flustered LH staff member came up to me - she had apparently been waiting for the 3 of us who arrived in the van at the entrance to the B terminal and had managed to miss us - not sure who the staff member was who did look after us but he seemingly went above and beyond
