YYZ - YVR on 121 was one of the best domestic flights I've experienced in recent memory. Boarding of the back of the plane reached zone 4 before the upgrades were processed; shows how early they started boarding. We actually left the gate early from a ex-YYZ flight for once. Crew on board were attentive and very professional. I am very glad to see the return of the salmon and potato salad appetizer. The Mediterranean thing was disgusting. Beef stew, while not pretty, was good. They ran out of the chicken which I would've liked to try.
