Hi,

I’ve the same issue, KLM chat could help to insert this 8-digits ITA ID “00123455” type, even adding “0” to make it 9-digits.

If anyone has please a solution?

Solved: first and last name swapped on the card. Raised to ITA Facebook and corrected quickly.
