241 flight not ticketed, then double Avios taken
Hi there

I booked return flights LONJFK for myself using my 241 for half Avios on Friday.

The money has not been taken from my Amex- still in pending- and the ticket hasn't been issued.

When I used the chat on Friday, I was told 72 hours but this past now.

Should I be worried.
