if you didn't already select the appropriate railway station from amongst the origins/destinations presented on the website at the time of booking your ticket, I suspect you cannot now add a Rail+Fly segment. But I would advise you to contact either Asiana (if you booked directly with them) or the travel agent you booked with to discuss your options now.
