Today I asked Etihad to change my frequent flyer programme details on my booking (made before the Flying Blue partnership was announced) from Etihad Guest to Flying Blue. I was unable to click to change it from the drop down myself and the agents I spoke to claim my request is complete, however when I click to edit my passenger details the 'frequent flyer programme' field is greyed out and simply says 'frequent flyer programme', whereas before it said Etihad Guest.
However, my Flying Blue membership number is correct in the 'membership number' field. I can't help but feel like they've only adjusted my membership number and the programme hasn't been properly assigned to Flying Blue.. anyone else experienced this?
