If this property's location is so deeply undesirable, might I remind y'all that we also have a Thompson coming up early next year at Via delle Botteghe Oscure 4, a couple hundred meters from the Vittorio Emmanuele monument and walking distance from goodies like the Pantheon, Colosseum, Forum and Campidoglio. I believe that one is coming in March, so shortly after the Regency comes online.

More options = better... especially in a city like Rome.
