Hmmm.... to be honest, I'm not sure what else AF could have done or would be required to do for you. To be even more candid, they'd probably tell you that if you cannot fly well in coach seats, then fly in Business.

I know that you are supposed to do on-board exercises and walk about the airplane on a regular basis to maintain circulation.

Given that this was several years ago, I wouldn't honestly expect a response from Air France. Had you written shortly after the filght, perhaps they might have done something as a PR gesture, but now....
