For greater certainty, a Primary Cardholder or Additional Cardholder who holds Aeroplan Elite™ Status, may additionally take advantage of the lounge access benefits available to them as part of the Aeroplan Elite Status program.", not exactly the most straightforward description but it sounds like one could bring 2 guest if they have both the card and status.
