And from what I've heard, UA economy isn't too bad (I upgrade with miles so usually escape it).

UA Economy isn't too bad ***IF*** you get a seat in Economy Plus, otherwise it's just as crap as any Coach seat BA has, except that on BA you get a competent flight crew (average well under UA's 60 years old), reasonably decent food, a smallish amenity kit and personal TV in EVERY seat, not just on their newer 777's and Airbus planes...
