We booked directly for the savings. There was not problem with the lodge. You just need to make sure you are flying to Keekorok and tell the lodge which flights you are flying on so they can arrange for your pickup. We had to pay the park fee with cash on arrival at Keekorok which the driver did for us while we were enjoying the nibbles.
