There isn't actually a huge difference between AF lounges at CDG. Probably the main difference is that the 2E ones have treatments but the food is in fact quite similar and the main difference is meal times(more hot options) vs rest of the day. I think 2E also has more spirits but all lounges have decent wine and Champagne. In my view, 6h is way too much to spend in any lounge so i would personally explore the option of a day room in a hotel but that's just my own take, and if you want to stick to lounges, the one from your departure terminal will have to do but should be fine.
