It does look like Level will be taking on an A333 with only one row of 2-2-2 Y+ and the rest configured as 3-3-3 Y. Sample date in ExpertFlyer, 5 July IB2627. The small print has the flight operated by Wamos, and I believe they do have at least one A333 configured in such a manner.
You should be able to change the date, at least, perhaps routing or even a refund, due to the change of operator.
