​​​​​​​I've ordered it several times and it's always been cheese tortellini. It's decent enough, may be a little on the small side. Nothing preventing you from selecting it before your flight, though the FA's always do a double take when delivering the order. I explain I'm a picky eater and they just have a nice chuckle about it. Very good natured about it. And they'll still give me the standard dessert with it as well (it's usually been ice cream)
