Just got an email informing me that my direct BCN-SFO (Booked via Iberia operated by level) is cancelled, I booked it in Premium Economy.
The new booking is BCN-MAD-SFO in the economy, no referral to the downgrade - What could I do in this frustrating case?
call them and ask to be rebooked in premium economy as per original booking on same or different flights (eg via lhr)
