Yeah, something definitely seems to have broken - I'm at almost 4 weeks since my outbound flight and no double TPs - compare that to getting them
in 2 weeks for my last booking, which was structurally near-identical (different destination, but same flight & 5 night car booking combo).

I'm going to give it till the end of this week then complain, it's not desperately urgent, but I will need these TPs to get me to gold...
